Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing an artwork. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.



1. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the artwork back to us.

3. Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

2. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned artwork and approve the return.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

1. Reporting:

  • If you receive an artwork that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at with your order number and a description of the condition of the item. Please include photographs if possible.

2. Resolution:

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or offering a refund.
