Thank you for purchasing an artwork. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
1. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at filip.gyurk@seznam.cz with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the artwork back to us.
3. Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund.
Refunds
1. Eligibility:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
2. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned artwork and approve the return.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
1. Reporting:
- If you receive an artwork that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at filip.gyurk@seznam.cz with your order number and a description of the condition of the item. Please include photographs if possible.
2. Resolution:
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or offering a refund.
